The Tunisian National Paralympic Committee recently signed a partnership agreement with the HANDISUCCESS Startup.
The aim of this agreement is to provide the best opportunities for integrating athletes with disabilities into the job market, supporting them in obtaining qualifications in various fields, and helping them to create their own projects in order to secure their professional future after the end of their sporting careers.
The agreement was signed by Mohamed Mzoughi, president of the National Paralympic Committee, and Najeh Cherif, legal representative of the HANDISUCCESS Startup, as well as several members of the committee’s executive board.
According to a press release published by the Tunisian National Paralympic Committee, this partnership should open up promising new opportunities for Tunisian athletes with disabilities. It will offer them the opportunity to develop their skills in various fields through training workshops and advanced training sessions aimed at enriching their knowledge in the areas of business management and personal project creation. The same press release specifies that these training courses will take into account the adaptation of their CVs to the requirements of the job market.
In addition, the agreement aims to strengthen links between companies and institutions recruiting job seekers and athletes with disabilities, thereby facilitating the recruitment process and promoting professional suitability. This paves the way for more professional opportunities and contributes to a better balance between their sporting and professional lives.
